What is a Life Line?
A private safety plan for a trip. It holds your itinerary, trusted contacts and any personal details that could help someone help you.
Who is notified if I miss a check-in?
Only the trusted contacts you've added. They receive what you chose to share — nothing more.
Do you track my location?
No. SWKnow does not track your location in real time. Your Life Line is only used if you miss a check-in.
What happens if I forget to check in?
We send a gentle reminder first. If you still don't check in after your grace period, your trusted contacts are quietly notified.
Do I need to install an app?
No. SWKnow works in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
How much does it cost?
During the private beta, SWKnow is free. We'll introduce simple, fair pricing when the product is ready.
